On : 12.1.3 version, HTML Orders

When attempting to Duplicate PO,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.In Purchasing Responsibility>Buyer Work Center>Orders
Search for PO
Duplicate without attachments:

Then click on Submit

Getting a message:
Warning

Supplier or supplier site changed. Source documents will be removed as a result of this action. Would you like to proceed with this action?

No change has really happened.

If you click Yes – the BPA (Source Document) is removed.

If you click No and proceed the next check is performed i.e. Line # 1 price not equal to the price on the referenced Global Agreement line. Please verify the price information before approving the document
If you now Submit – the PO is created and the source document information is maintained
Once again this message of Supplier or Supplier site having changed should not appear.
