Symptoms
Create an Alert that uses more of the column width, setting Max Size to 2000, in the e-mails that are sent.
Applied <Patch 10435493> PROBLEM IN ALERTS FORMATTING WITH WIDTH SETUP TO 2000
then when we run the alert, it fails with the error.

STEPS
---------
Set up a periodic Alert.
Select columns from po_vendors.
Set Action Max Width to 2000.
Request / Check to run.
Request Log shows error.
