Symptoms

When creating a PM schedule name for an activity, the following error occurs.
Also, the same error occurs when using the Activity Workbench.


ERROR

FRM-40735: ON-COMMIT Trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Enterprise Asset Management
2. Navigation: Preventive Maintenance -> Schedule Definition
3. Enter data
4. Click save icon
5. Error is returned
8 Receive same error message when trying to create pm schedules via the Activity Workbench
