PASDUC, PRC: Create And Distribute Burden Transactions Expenditure Batch Parameter (Doc ID 1993109.1)

Looking at the definition of the 'PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions' concurrent process there is an available parameter 'Expenditure Batch'. Currently this is set as 'Enabled' but the 'Display' check box is unchecked. The business has requested that this parameter is added to the process so the 'Display' checkbox was checked and ran the process 'Compile Report Parameters' for this process. However, when the process was run specifying a particular expenditure batch, this parameter is ignored. Is there a step that may have been missed or does the process not support this parameter even though it is an option in the program definition form?
