Goal

In the need of Oracle Public API to load Projects, Agreements, and Budgets for TAS/BETC requirements. Currently NO PUBLIC API exists for populating GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE_CATEGORY, GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE2, GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE3 in the PA.PA_SUMMARY_PROJECT_FUNDINGS table. The TP TAS/BETC is populated on the agreement form on the Funding Summary.

This is a Federal Requirement

Does Oracle have an API that will allow this to happen through the Interface?
