 Common Label Printing Problems Within Oracle
  A.  No XML is generated (Synchronous or Asynchronous) or Synchronous API not called
 1.  No XML data is generated
 2.  Asynchronous Mode – No XML file is generated
 3.  Synchronous Mode – Synchronous API is not called
 B.  There is no label printed
