When attempting to end date Unrestricted plan enrollments for an employee who has terminated, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee has terminated on 6/18/2015.
2. Coverage and rates for plan/options in 3 different unrestricted programs end at end of the month and may vary from program to program.
3. In order to have these unrestricted enrollments end at "end of month," date track to the first of the next month since the coverage and rate start and end dates on these programs are "Event" and "1 Day Before Event"
4. In this case since termination happened on 6/18/15 we date track to 07/01/2015, go to non flex enrollment form and get to the unrestricted programs to end date the coverage in various plans.
