PRC: Create Accounting gives the following exceptions for Revenue Adjustments in a new secondary ledger:

This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event that it references has been fully accounted.
Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Projects have been accounted:
project_id: <project_id> draft_revenue_num: <draft_revenue_num>.
