Goal

Why can't the users get the Sales Order Agreement (BSA) Number to default to the Sales Order Line when using the Buy & Get Lines?

Summary of Issue:
---------------
Unable to get the Sales Agreement Number defaulted
for Buy & Get Lines. The Defaulting Rules setup to default sales
agreement number on quick sales order line from the sales agreement
on order header. However when a new line is inserted by using
Buy & Get Modifiers , then the Sales agreements name/number does
not get defaulted or cascaded to the quick sales order line.

OBSERVATION
----------
CONFIRMED that if you add the line with the Buy & Get Modifier to
the Sales Agreement, when the Sales order line is created it does
NOT populate the Sales Agreement Number as expected. But when the
user adds this Buy & Get Modifier line directly to the Sales Order
Line, the Sales Agreement Number get populated on the sales order
Line, therefore this must be a defaulting rule.
