Message is ‘Tax Month 2 is not within the associated Allowable Period of Submission (6 April to 19 June).’

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Concurrent Program Employer Payment Summary
2. parameters:-
PAYE Reference : nnn/nn
Effective Date : 05-JUN-2015
3. Receive the error.

Due to this issue, users cannot submit and test the EPS for the new tax year.
