Depot Repair: Cannot set the Repair Org In The Repair Order Details Screen And The profile CSD: Default Repair Organization LOV Only Has A Value Of "Unassigned" (Doc ID 1996768.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version and later, Depot Setup

Actual Behavior

The 'CSD: Default Repair Organization' profile only has a value of "Unassigned". Additionally users are unable to select a Repair Organization in the Details Tab of the Repair Orders Screen since there are no values available.

Expected Behavior

Expect to be able to set a default in the profile and have a list of values to select in the Repair Order Details screen.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Attempt to set the profile 'CSD: Default Repair Organization'
  2. List of values is empty except for the value "Unassigned"
  3. In the Repair Orders Details Screen there is no default and are no values available for selection in the 'Repair Org' field
