Contacts Displayed on Social Insurance and Income Tax on Dependent Information Form(PERJPDEP) (Doc ID 1997663.1)

Goal

When there are multiple records for the single relationship exist, the Social Insurance and Income Tax on Dependent Information form(PERJPDEP.fmb) displays duplicate contacts depending on the effective date specified when opening the form. ([Pattern 2])

For example, there are two records with the same relationship exist on the Contact form as below,

Relationship          From                To      
------------------   -------------        -------------
Eldest Daughter    01/APR/2014      <Null>
Eldest Daughter    31/MAR/2011      31/MAR/2014


[Pattern 1]
If the effective date is between 31/MAR/2011 and 31/MAR/2014, only one record is displayed on PERJPDEP.fmb.

Relationship          From                To      
-----------------     -------------        -------------
Eldest Daughter    31/MAR/2011      31/MAR/2014


[Pattern 2]
If the effective date is between 01/APR/2014 and 31/DEC/2014,  two records are displayed on PERJPDEP.fmb.

Eldest Daughter    01/APR/2014      <Null>
Eldest Daughter    31/MAR/2011      31/MAR/2014


[Pattern 3]
If the effective date is 01/JAN/2015 and later, only one record is displayed on PERJPDEP.fmb.
