Symptoms

On 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version in Oracle Advanced Benefits,

When attempting to run the Participation Process: Scheduled, the following error occurs:

 

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP  ORA-20001: BEN_91665_BENMNGLE_ERRORED: N, ORA_ERRCODE, -1001

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to  ORA-20001: BEN_91665_BENMNGLE_ERRORED: N, ORA_ERRCODE, -1001
