Position Hierarchy Data Removed After Running Fill Employee Hierarchy Report Resulting in Incorrect Approval Routing (Doc ID 1999510.1)

Find that PO_EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHIES_ALL data for one Operating Unit gets deleted when the Fill Employee Hierarchy report is run for another Operating Unit (OU).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Fill Employee Hierarchy report for one OU (example is XXAC_OU1)
2. Data in PO_EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHIES_ALL is correct for OU = XXAC_OU1
3. However data is deleted from that table for the other OU XXUP OU

You can use the followings sql statement replacing the &org_id with the affected org_id to check the data:

The Purchasing responsibility used is associated to the HR Security Profile that only gives authority to one OU.
