Set Appointment Action is not Saving Appointment Delivery Date (Doc ID 1999968.1)

The shipment stop action "SET APPOINTMENT" is not saving the appointment delivery date on the shipment stop.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Shipment Stops > Actions > Set Appointments
2. Try to save the appointment delivery
3. Notice this does not get saved.
