R12: AP: AP Aging Report - Can Not Run For Any Prior Date (Doc ID 2000534.1)

Goal

This issue occurs in Applications Release version 12.1.3.

The Accounts Payables Aging Report can only be run for the current period and cannot run for historical data.

Report is needed for any historical date not just the current date.
