R12.2, Why The "Maintain Multi-lingual tables" is missing or Not visible, Not found in the ADADMIN Menu ? (Doc ID 2001233.1)

Goal

In ADADMIN, "Maintain multi-lingual tables" Option is missing on R12.2.V version, as see below. Why ?

Maintain Applications Database Entities menu

Then the menu is  :

      Maintain Applications Database Entities
  ---------------------------------------------------

  1.    Validate APPS schema

  2.    Re-create grants and synonyms for APPS schema

  3.    Maintain multi-lingual tables    (not visible)

  4.    Check DUAL table

  5.    Return to Main Menu
