On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, BasicDet,Address,Phone,Contact

When Setting a defaulted Document Type (Create Document of Record>Personalize Region: Document Information>Personalize Message Lov Input:Document Type) for Document of Record in the personalization page within Self-Service and someone tries to create a Document of record using the default the following error occurs:
 

Invalid value for DOCUMENT_TYPE_ID. The value must exist in HR_DOCUMENT_TYPES



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in using Employee Self-Service
2. Navigate to Documents Of Record
3. Create Document of Record
4. Select the dates
5. Apply
6. Get the error
