Symptoms
On : 12.2.3 version, Modifiers Setup only
When attempting to query a modifier,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
An unexpected Error - 1422 has occurred. An alert has been
sent to the system administrator
ORA-01422 exact fetch returns more than requested number of
rows
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Modifiers/Modifier Setup
3. Query a modifier
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query modifiers as expected.
