On : 12.1.3 version, Supplier Registration Issues
When attempting to update contact details of vendor the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier User Administration --> Approve User And Mange User Profile
2. Update the First Name and Last name field
3. Error occurs
