GLXALGEN: Generate Mass Allocation Error FRM-41830: List of Values Contains no Entries when Attempting to Select Period from LOV (Doc ID 2003928.1)

When trying to select period from LOV on MassAllocation/Generate form the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

The latest patch was applied for this form to latest version available at this moment : GLXALGEN.fmb 120.12.12010000.3

Also, trying to select another Balancing Segment Value , still the same error is received
