Symptoms
On : 12.1 and 12.2 version, Requisition Creation
When attempting to change an amount based foreign currency requisition, the following error occurs:
ERROR
-----------------------
Row 1 Quantity - New line quantity should be greater than sum of quantity received and quantity cancelled for the line.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement
2. Query requisition attached to purchase order
3. Enter quantity -> get error
