Symptoms

When attempting to run Create Accounting, the following error occurs.

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_AE_HEADER_PKG.InsertHeaders. ORA-24381: error(s) in array DML.

and

ERROR : ORA-00001: UNIQUE CONSTRAINT (.) VIOLATED

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run Create Accounting using Global SLA/Payroll Manager responsibility Final Mode
2. XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program throws the error
