Symptoms
While trying to run Diagnostics: Apps Check from an FA responsibility with Assets as Parameter, the request output displays partial information and the following error appears at the end of the file:

ORA-20100: Error: FND_FILE failure. Unable to create file, XXX.tmp in the directory, /XXX/XXX.
