On : 12.1.3 version, Indirect Sales Management

Why do some Trade Management Tracing batches or Ship and Debit batches goto Closed status and then back to Pending Accrual?  If User runs CCR 'OZF: Update Budgets from Interface Tables'
the batch will go back to Closed status.
