Symptoms

On : Release 12, Expense Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Project Expenditure Organization not defaulting at iExpense.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Project Expenditure Organization should default during Expense report entry that is assigned to the employee assignment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. setup Profile Option "PA: Default Expenditure Organization in AP/PO" at user level
2. Create ER and under expenses allocations tab, note that Project Expenditure Organization not defaulting

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are manually forced to enter the project expenditure org.
