WIP completion transaction come out error 'INV_NULLOBJECTID (ENTITY1=p_parent_object_number)

we upgrade application from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.2, when process wip completion transaction after input all information and click continue, get an error message 'INV_NULLOBJECTID (ENTITY1=p_parent_object_number)

WIP completion transaction involves Lots
