Symptoms
2 example Orders are planned as below:
Order 1:
early pickup date: 2014-11-04 8:00
late pickup date: 2014-11-04 11:00
Order 2:
early pickup date: 2014-11-04 13:00
late pickup date: 2014-11-04 15:00
When the above Orders are planned, 2 Shipments are created. Need to create a single consolidated shipment.
