Editing a Packaged Item is Taking More Time than Expected (Doc ID 2007362.1)

Symptoms

When trying to edit the Packaged Item under a Order Release Ship Unit screen is taking very longer time to respond than normal.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Search & Open any Order release
2- Click Shipunit TAB
3- Click Edit Packaged Item and the screen will take +5 minutes to open.
