ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After having setup intercompany rules between companies A, B, C and D.
Intercompany rules have been defined and are verified to have a start date many years in the past.
When balancing transactions of one to many or many to one using these values process without issue.
Only when a Many to Many transaction using these values fails with the error noted:
The issue can be seen via subledger transactions or via a GL manual journal entry.
