R12: When Creating Working Version By Workplan Published Version, Amount Difference Occurred (Doc ID 2008392.1)

Symptoms

Deleted the Working Version from Project Workplan, then created a new Working Version from the Published Version.
However, the original Published Version amount and Working Version amount are different.

Example: Select the Published Version which is Version No 1, execute Create Working Version and create Working Version, Version No 1 and Working Version amount is different.
