Making use of Solaris Zones for the Virtualized environments.
Specifically made use of "Sparse Zone" instead of making use of the "Whole Root Zone" for each Application tier.
Symptoms
Upgrade E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.1.3 instance to 12.2.4 using Oracle E-Business Suite Upgrade Guide (E48839-03), unable to start services using adstrtall.sh script. The failing scripts are admanagedsrvctl.sh:

Web Entry Point Services Oracle Process Manager for M5VCPUG_vcpugweb1 adopmnctl.sh Failed
