There is $0.01 difference amount between 'Total Actual Cost' and 'Shipment Cost Lines' on the shipment's Financials tab . There is 0.01 difference amount on header and line sum of shipment costs on shipment.

Example:

On the Financials tab of a shipment:

Total Actual Cost showing as 69.57, but when you add the costs lines of Accessorial and Base Costs (10.00+55.00+4.56) the amount is 69.56.

So there is 0.01 difference.
