When attempting to update the Depreciation Limit Amount to 0 via the Adjustments API, the following error occurs.

Error: function fa_adjustment_pub.do_all_books returned failure
Error: function fa_adjustment_pub.do_adjustment returned failure
FAILURE for AssetXXXXXXX
