Symptoms

When attempting to log in as a Service Provider and Accept a Tender, the following error occurs:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------
1. Make a copy of the SERVPROV_TENDER_COLLAB screen without making any changes.
2. Log in as a Service Provider and try to Accept a Tender using the Accept action.
3. Receive the error.
