Configurator Runtime Window Does Not Open From Sales Order Form (Doc ID 2011202.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Batch Validation, In Production Instance.

After creating a Sales Order with a configurable item and then clicking on the Configurator button in Sales Order Line Items form, an error message is generated. This is happening on a new instance which was copied from Production.

ERROR

APP-ONT-251005:java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no czlce in java.library.path

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility,
2. Navigate to the Sales Order Form,
3. Create a new Sales Order with a configurable item,
4. Click on the Configurator button,
5. Error message appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot config the items.
