User-defined 3D Patterns are not Considered When Having Default UOM as "MM" (Doc ID 2012405.1)

Symptoms

When using 3D patterns in Container optimization user-defined patterns are not being considered when packing Ship Units into the Equipment.

User Defined Patterns should be used when packing Ship Units into the Equipment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OTM
a. Define User Define Patterns
b. Enable Load Configuration
2. Search for Order Release which should be packed using Load Configuration
3. Click on View Related Buy Shipments option
4. Check the resulted shipment and go to Actions -> Operational Planning -> View -> Load Config
5. Notice the resulted map
