PO Approval Notification Subject Contains strings in wrong language (Doc ID 2012708.1)

Goal

When a buyer creating Purchase Orders (PO) in one language (in this example Russian) and submits it for approval to an approver using a different language, the PO Notification sent to the approver contains strings in Russian instead of the approver's preferred language.

For example:

"OU Name -  Standard Purchase Order XXX,0  for 1,000 USD requires your approval."

In the above notification subject, "Standard Purchase Order" is written in Russian.
