Symptoms
When attempting to split a Order Release with example id - 201XX511-0001, the split order is having a id of -001.
The Expectation is that the split Order Release Id in the above case will be 201XX511-0001-001.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Order Release >Action>Perform Split
2. Observe the Split Order
