Mass Allocation Completed with Warning Due to Incorrect Range Type Definition (Doc ID 2013227.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, MassAllocations/ Budgets/ Enc

When attempting to submit a Mass-allocation program it did not generate any journal,
the following error occurs in the log file.

ERROR
-----------------------
AMAS0020: The MassAllocations or MassBudgets batch COMMON EXPENSES did not produce any journals for specific period.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Journals > Define > Allocation

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, balances cannot be allocated.
