The Copy Button on the Submit Request Form (FNDRSRUN) Does Not Automatically Find Submitted Requests, or Copy Request Operating Unit Correctly (Doc ID 2013761.1)

Symptoms

In the latest versions of the Submit Request Form form (FNDRSRUN), the 'Find Prior Requests' Page which appears after you click on Copy button.

For example:

1. Payables Manager > View>Request > Submit a New Request

2. Click on Copy Button

3. 'Find Prior Requests' form displays, and no requests are presented. The functionality has changed since 12.2.3, and in 12.2.4 users will now need to click the 'Find' button for prior requests to be displayed.

4. After copying a previously submitted request, when you move the cursor to the Parameter fields, the value for 'Operating Unit' will disappear.

Changes

 Upgrade to latest version of the FNDRSRUN for 12.1 or 12.2
