Goal

Why can't Mobile Users view order based on Customer Name, Order Number and/or Operating Unit?

Problem Summary
Unable to view sales order details on mobile iOS.
Users are trying to view the sales order and other details in iPhone (iOS8) .
Users have the capability of logging into sales order suite through
mobile.

OBSERVATION
When trying to search by entering customer name, order number,
operating unit etc., the user are not seeing any output. It is
displaying "no result found". Yet we know that the order exists
via the application.
