OTM Does Not Display The Stop's Date From The Recalculate Section Accordingly With The Selected Stop (Doc ID 2014523.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 05, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.3.4 to 6.3.8 [Release 6.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When using action Change Shipment Stop, having the shipments stops returned from the database in a different order than the expected one (For example instead of 1,2,3 the database returns the shipments in 3,1,2 order), in the Recalculate section once selected stop 3 for example, notice that the date belongs in fact to the shipment that was expected to be returned on the first line which is stop 1.

It is expected that OTM displays the stop date in the Recalculate section accordingly with the stop selected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Shipment Management
2. Search for Shipment XXXXX
3. Select the shipment
4. Go to Actions -> Shipment Management -> Change Shipment Details -> Change Shipment Stop
5. Check the first stop which is 3 and notice the date it belongs to stop 1. The same for other stops as well.
