Equipment Group Details Window Does Not Open When Clicking "v" in Equipment Group Profile Page When Language Preference is Set to French (Doc ID 2015165.1)

When attempting to view "Equipment Group Details" when viewing Equipment group Profile, Equipment Group Details window does not open when user has Language Preference set to French. The same works correctly when language preference is set to English.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a French user.
2. Go to "Equipment Group Profile" menu link.
3. Search for the equipment group profile you would like to view.
4. Select the equipment group profile and click View.
5. Click on the equipment group links listed under "Equipment Group Details"
Nothing happens.

When using English language preference, the equipment group page shows up on performing step 5.
