Information in this document applies to any platform.
Each Depot Repair Logistics line includes a 'status' . Under normal circumstances it would be expected that that the Repair Order (RO) Logistics line status will be 'in synch' with the associated Sales Order (SO) Line, but occasionally the two statuses do not match, and it is necessary to use either the Refresh Logistics button  on the Repair Workbench, or to run the ‘Depot Repair Receipt Update’ / ‘Depot Repair Shipment Update’ concurrent programs.
