WMS Enabled Org How to Resolve Receiving Transactions Processor Failure Errors - RVTTH-115B, RVTTH-115D, RVTTH-115F, RVTTH-115H, RVTTH-115J (Doc ID 2015722.1)

Goal

This document provides the detailed instructions for fixing "RVTTH-115" errors when Receiving transaction Processor process Correction/Deliver (putaway)/Accept(Inspect) /Return transactions In WMS enabled Organizations involving LPNs.

ERROR
-----------------------

RVTTH-115j Subroutine process_transaction() returned error -  For correction transaction.

RVTTH-115h: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error -  For RETURN TO VENDOR Transactions

RVTTH-115d: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error. For Accept Transactions.

RVTTH-115f: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error - For Deliver Transaction

RTP Log file shows the following error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: MWA > Whse Mgmt > Tasks > Directed Tasks > Directed Move > Move any LPN
2. Enter LPN to be dropped.
3. Confirm Subinventory Locator
4. CLick Drop
5. Get Transaction Success message in Mobile but Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) complete with error.

Please use this document in the following order:

A. Identification Scripts: This will confirm if you are having LPN's with this data corruption.
B. Verifying your file versions: This will allow you and Support to confirm if you are already using a known fixed version.
C. Root Cause Analysis. It shows all the relevant information about this issue Root Cause.
D. Datafix Instructions. It will provide steps for fixing the data corruption.
