Fractional Digits are limited to 5 on Currency Exchange Rate entry screen set.
As per European Union standards, users are trying to enter 6 digits as fractional digits on Currency Exchange Rate screen. But OTM is not allowing more than 5 digits.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Financials --> Exchange Rates Management --> Currency Exchange Rates --> Click on New tab
2. Try to enter 6 digits as fractional digits on Currency Exchange Rate screen. But OTM does not allow more than 5 digits.
