On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order
When attempting to Import Standard Purchase Orders (PO) to import PO based on existing Purchase Requisition, got the following error in po_interface_errors:

Error: The referenced requisition organization is not enabled in the referenced source document.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing>Requests>Submit Import Standard Purchase Orders
2. Check the PO_interface_errors
