'View Lease History' Form Displays Only the Amendment Header For Billing/Payment Terms Updated By APIs (Doc ID 2016553.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Leases

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 When amending lease using API by end-dating an existing billing term, the amendment done successfully but the 'View Lease History' form shows the amendment header only and the associated billing term is not shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Expect to see the updated billing term associated with the amendment the same way as when updating the lease manually.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Amend lease using API by end-dating an existing billing term.
2. Open the 'View Lease History' screen (N)> Leases and Documents> Main Lease> View Lease History.
3. Found the header of the amendment but no details of the end-dated billing term.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the lease update API to update large number of leases.
