We have a scenario where we are remediating old address site and getting a new SHIP TO Site

Now, this is a Standard Flow between the Operating Units

Customer XYZ is having Site 1 ( Old Address) & Site 2 ( New Address)

We are in-verge of re-mediating the Site 1, and Site 2 should be having the Ship To Locations of Site1.

Hence, we made Site 1 inactive and also removed the Internal Location from Business Purpose (SHIP TO) at Internal Location Field

When we try to add the internal location at Site 2 (new site), system is throwing error.

"Internal Location is already assigned to another Ship To address. Please choose a different location."

But we have already removed the internal location from Old Ship To Location.
